Privacy statement

Iniscale (trading as Iniscale Wedding) is the data controller for the data processed through this website.

Contact form: if you fill in the form on this website, we only ask for your names and email address. A wedding date and a short description of your wishes are optional. We use this data solely to get in touch and answer your enquiry.

Example website (demo): the RSVP and guest book on the example page are a demonstration. Whatever you enter there stays in your browser and is not sent to or stored on our servers. It disappears when you close or refresh the page.

Language preference: we store your language choice (NL/EN/TR) in your browser's local storage. This is a functional preference, not tracking.

Technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server data, such as IP address and time of visit, to keep the website secure and available.

Contact form: consent and/or steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).

Language preference and technical data: legitimate interest in a properly functioning, secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Enquiries sent through the contact form are kept for a maximum of twelve months after the conversation ends, unless an assignment follows. In that case statutory administrative retention periods apply (seven years for financial records). You can always ask us to delete your data sooner.

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. To run this website and our email we use service providers acting as processors, such as our hosting and email provider. We conclude data processing agreements with these parties. A current list of sub-processors is available on request via the email address above.

This website uses no analytics cookies, advertising cookies or third-party trackers. No visitor profiles are built. The only data stored locally is your language preference — strictly functional, for which no consent is required. That is why there is no cookie banner.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, as well as the right to object or withdraw consent. Send a message to sales@iniscale.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and need-to-know access. This privacy statement may be updated; the most recent version is always published on this page.
